Can a sedentary lifestyle cause skin problems (acne, seborrheic dermatitis)?

the past 3-4 months due to a new job i've been leading a pretty sedentary lifestyle. i stopped exercising around the same time and never get a chance to anymore. i don't get much sun either because i mostly sit at a desk all day. the past couple months i've developed some skin problems on my face, including seborrheic dermatitis, some acne, dry skin, very oily skin/hair (never had oily skin before), etc. i've had skin problems throughout my life (eczema on feet, cholinergic urticaria) but for the most part my face has always been clear. this is the most sedentary i've been in my life and im wondering if my lifestyle could be a big factor in this. thanks for the help

The question is, when you first started this sedentary life-style did it immediately, something happened to your face? Then, that's what caused it. If not, then something changed in your environment that caused that.
