a week or two ago i was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis on my face and was prescribed znp bar. i started using it once a day (only at night because it kind of makes my face a little red and aggravated) about a week ago and my forehead has become shiny and oily and is kind of leathery looking/feeling. is this normal with seb derm? is there anything i can do about it? i've also been using cetaphil cleanser on my face once a night, right after the znp bar.
How can i keep mymy forehead from being so oily with seborrheic dermatitis?
I'm not sure how to prevent it from getting oily, but one option is to use oil-absorbing sheets.
