I'm a 21 year old girl and I usually get this redness on my neck during certain circumstances. For example, if i have to give a presentation, i always get red all around my chest and neck area, and it doesnt go away until im calm again. If i have an interview or any other occasion where im nervous about something i always get this redness. It's embarrassing because i usually try to wear clothing that covers my chest and neck area when i know it'll occur. Is there anything i can put on it beforehand so this won't happen? Or is it even dermatitis i get?
Is this dermatitis?
I think it is more like a stress rash.
